Location close to subway stop, rooftop bar had free wine tasting for happy hour, nice room, extremely friendly staff. Beautifully decorated. Fire pit on rooftop. The reception area was nice.
Part of my window had a board covering and I couldn’t see out.

+ A different soup every morning! The chowder was the best! The bread served is high-quality.
+ Near a lot of good restaurants and cafes, and near a Lawson's and a supermarket
+ There is parking on- and off-site
+ The theme of the hotel is very charming and the decor was fitting and pretty
+ The rooftop bar has a cool atmosphere
+ You can borrow (comfortable) pyjamas from the staff, so you don't have to bring your own.
- The smell of smoke from the rooftop bar's bonfire was pretty strong when I opened the window on the 8th floor during early October
+/- They have a small parking area onsite and a partnered lot with discounted rates nearby when their own lot is full, but you should call ahead and let the staff know if you need parking as spaces are limited
+/- Although it's walkable to Sapporo Sta. (~2km), it might be a bit of a hassle depending on the person. It's not that near Nakajimakoen Sta., either
