Located in Tanukikoji Street. Walking distance to Odori Park, Pole town, and Susukino. Onsen bath/hot bath after a day's stroll. Freebies e.g. coffee, heat pack, ice cream, probiotic drink, ramen at night, etc. Easy check in and Check out. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Location was great between Snow Fest & Ice Fest. Room was good size, snacks and hand warmers were excellent and onsen was great. Nice free bottled water each day. Room was nice and bright if you need to work.
I wish there were shower caps and one extra towel for the room after using the onsen

The location
In room toilet was not clean. There was a lingering urine smell (we suspect from the toilet floor as those are rubber mat type and wasn't cleaned well). Charging a fee to clean the room (¥1500) but upon check in the room felt it wasn't clean prior feels a little con job-ish.
