    Old facility with strong smell. We moved to another room, smell is a little tolerable in new room. We went to family mart to buy room refresher but not helping much. only 2 washer dryers in the entire facility. all amenities are super limited and need to ask front desk (only available 10am-10pm). Won’t stay here and won’t recommend this place.

    Much nicer than similarly priced hotels. Very spacious and quiet. Large shower and bath. Easy check-in and nice staff.

    Have an enjoyable time. We had 2 different rooms. One with a tatami floor and a basic king. It was spacious! Each floor has linens readily available and facilities was clean. My only tiny issue is that our room was so close to the laundry room that it always smelled like laundry and moist. Even though there's no staff after a certain time.. check in was a breeze and toiletries were available. Overall.. it was a good base, plenty of parking nearby and walkable to and from Susukino shops and restos.. in a quieter part but near everything. Would stay here again!

    It's a good size, stay was comfortable, functional, but slightly far from the main shopping area. Got to bring down your towels to change at the reception between 3-10pm if you need fresh towels. i think there was a socket that was faulty that caused damage to my devices. Alerted them to check, which they said they will after check out. At least responsive. No onsen, but you can use the bathtub in the room.
