    Easy 10 minute walk from subway, shopping centre , food everywhere . Great staff ( big shout out to the front desk staff) Room well equipped , very quiet

    We had a pleasant stay at Randor Residential Hotel Sapporo Suites. Our room was clean and spacious for a family of 4 adults. The only downside was the drinking water, which was not always available. It takes time for them to refill with several follow-ups.

    It's a good size, stay was comfortable, functional, but slightly far from the main shopping area. Got to bring down your towels to change at the reception between 3-10pm if you need fresh towels. i think there was a socket that was faulty that caused damage to my devices. Alerted them to check, which they said they will after check out. At least responsive. No onsen, but you can use the bathtub in the room.
