Perfect for short or long stays. Highly recommended

Perfect location, close to the lake, apartment is well furnished including the kitchen. The parking is secure within property premises. We had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely book again.

Great location, good size, needed a clean though!

Great location, big apartment, plenty of space for travel cot.

Not as clean as reviews suggested. Hairs everywhere and the most disgusting fridge Ive ever come across. I had to spend the first few hours scrubbing it as it made the entire apartment smell every time it was opened. Tried to contact Sykes about this but no luck so very disappointed in this. Nice touch providing a pint of milk however it was 2 days out of date......

Stay cannot get better than this.

We loved the interiors of the apartment. Every small thing in the apartment tells about the excellent taste of the owner. The location was perfect. Even umbrellas, board games, playing cards were provided for in the apartment. The place where dining table was kept is simply awesome. All in all nothing to complain but only praise for the apartment.

We loved it and highly recommend Tethara to others looking to stay in Bowness on Windemere.

Very comfortable and well-appointed property in a fabulous location. The beds were very comfortable and the owners provided everything from local guides and information, to board games. The kitchen was especially well appointed. Other than no washing machine, the unit had everything you could need even for a long stay.

Comfortable apartment in Windermere

The apartment is near the Main Street of Windermere but a bit uphill with sufficient privacy and view to the lake. The parking area is nice.

Exceptional

Location was fantastic. Beautiful view from the living room, especially with the pink sky sunsets this weekend! Apartment really spacious and everything we needed. Lovely little welcome touches like milk in the fridge and snacks which were very appreciated after a long drive from the South of England!

The only thing which we would have changed is to have had more blackout blinds in the bedrooms. This is purely because we have very young children who sleep with blackouts at home, and it was a heatwave the weekend we went and we couldn’t escape the sunlight (shouldn’t complain!). We travel with the gro blinds so it wasn’t a huge problem, and I’m sure it wouldn’t bother most other travels!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment was beautifully furnished with a lovely view. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was also really convenient for the Lakes, bars and restaurants.

There are a lot of glass ornaments vases tables in the property. Unfortunately our two year old managed to pull a vase over onto a glass table breaking both causing an unexpected bill 🙄. This property would be amazing for a couple or older family but due to the number of breakables watch your toddlers 😀

Home from Home apartment

lovely views..very close to Bowness (although there is a slight steep road to get to apartment). Apartment very clean. Alot of thought had gone into making the stay very comfortable (down to night lights in the hallway!) Fully equipped kitchen even a pint of milk for tea/coffee. Towels provided.. good shower. Stay instruction easy to follow and housekeeping available if needed Would def. recommend

The place was super clean, smells good and very accessible to the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere Town. Everything in the accommodation was perfect! We felt so comfortable that we almost didn't want to go out and just want to stay in. Definitely, I will book the same place if I will visit Lake District again :) 11/10!!!

A fantastic place to stay - so comfortable and peaceful we couldn't have asked for a better week away in such a wonderful place. I had a call on the morning of my arrival from the housekeeper who was very welcoming and helpful - just a fantastic trip from start to finish.

Very pleased with our stay

Very nice quiet street, very close to the centre. Clean and plenty of games & books to keep us entertained with the little one on a evening I'm a bit of a bed snob and the beds were wonderful, very pleasantly surprised I would recommend anyone looking for a relaxing get away or something similar...

Fantastic location near to bars and restaurants. Also short walk down to the lake. Not too far drive from some great walks! Apartment clean and comfortable.

Not the comfiest of sofas, material looks nice but slippy! The footstool helps though.
