Amazing location, very tight parking, clean property but needed to wash all kitchen utensils prior to use.

Very central location - nice large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and showers.

The parking space was very tight; we had seen some of the reviews mentioning this, so we looked on Google street view prior to booking. The parking looked fine, so we booked. We were not aware until we arrived that the parking spot is at the back of the property (not visible via street view). There should be photos of the parking space and surrounding area, to make it easier to judge if one’s car can fit. Furthermore, several of the bowls, plates, glasses and cutlery had chunks of dried up food stuck to it, which meant we had to clean everything before using it. The property itself was clean, but the kitchen items/utensils should be inspected in-between guests.

Overall good but my car got scratched by garbage bins when enter the parking area

The parking & location. Entrance at the back of the property.. backyard of the shoplot@biz shop & the entrance blocked by big garbage bins. Dark at night.

Exceptional

Everything! It's very clean and well maintained, and the interior is exceptional. I personally love the kitchen since my friends and I used it well - the dishwasher was very helpful. Good location, right in the middle of bowness - easily accessible convenient stores, cafe and restaurants.

If perhaps there's one thing that can be improved, it would be to provide basic toiletries such as body wash and shampoo.

very comfortable and convenient location

spacious, clean and fresh feel, value for money. nice kitchen where everyone can sit and have dinner together. got private parking space. located in main area of town. lots of restaurants, pubs, grocery shops nearby. perfect for holiday where we spent very little time on travelling to attractions or pubs or get food/groceries cause everything is literally next door. very short walk to bowness pier. enjoyed comfortable stay with family.

Gem of a stay in beautiful Bowness on Windermere

Great value, great location - centrally located, walking distance to the sights, very nice space (felt very homey amd comfortable). Nice to have included the games and dvds for keeping kids busy. Would definitely recommend. Honestly could not ask for more

Really hard to find much to fault with this accommodation. But, to be picky, I would say that the couches are rather tired and the lack of smart tv or cable would be the only things I could complain about.

A lovely positioned house for a few relaxing days in the lakes

Unusual layout of the house added to the appeal. Spacious and modern facilities. Good heating made the rooms very cosy. Felt like home from home. Close to pubs restaurants and the lake. Allocated parking space a really bonus.

TV reception was poor as not a modern setup. Although heating modern and radiators boiling the hot water was luke warm when using taps or shower which was not nice.
