FLH Cascais Downtown Premium Apartment III

Ruim appartement met drie volwaardige slaapkamers en badkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken en uitstekende living met balkon, op 2 minuten van het strand.

De ligging is druk qua verkeer bij momenten.

Super & quiet location. V central location too. clean and comfortable beds. Everything you could need from glasses, plates to dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Each bedroom has an en-suite which was very handy. V comfortable sitting room with a lovely wrap around balcony.

Nothing.

Property was in a good position close to the train and bus stations, supermarkets, restaurants, tourist sights and the marina. Property had good security with quality door locks and window shutters. Property was clean with clean bedding and towels provided. Welcome bottle of wine and nibbles and milk, cheese and water provided on arrival were a lovely gesture. En-suite bathroom and TV for each bedroom was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Covered balcony was good to sit on - especially when it rained. Welcome staff were on time, friendly and informative. Told us about the area and recommended restaurants which was useful.

Large dining table light fitting was low and easy to hit your head on. Safe didn’t work. Extractor in the bathroom of the double bedroom next to the large double wasn’t very effective and we had to open the windows to prevent steam / dampness coming in the bedroom. There was a silverfish on the wall in that room when we arrived. Location was noisy on a few nights during our stay with music and people shouting. Apartment would have benefited from a few more mugs as there were only 6.

The apartment is of exquisite taste and is extremely well kept. All one could need was available, and Rita was a superb host. The rooms were so comfortable and cozy with amazing towels and sheets.
