THE APARTMENT:
Ideally located, within walking distance to the beaches, pedestrian shopping area, covered market (Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday morning), supermarkets, and public transport.
This east-west facing apartment, 120 m², is in a small family building.
It has 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite with a double bed (160x200) and balcony, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200), and 1 children’s bedroom with 4 bunk beds and an extra trundle bed (90x200) with balcony. There are 2 independent bathrooms with WC (one with bath, one with shower) and a shower with WC in the master suite. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, oven, Nespresso machine, and toaster.
Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, private closed garage for 1 car, and free outdoor parking.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Personal hygiene products are not included; toilet paper is supplied for the first few days.
No pets. Non-smoking.
The town hall of Cascais applies a tourist tax of €4/day per person over 13 years old, up to 7 days, collected at check-in. A €30 supplement applies for check-ins after 9 p.m.
According to Portuguese law, all local accommodation providers must report guest information to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF) via the Accommodation Bulletin. This applies to all foreign citizens (non-Portuguese nationals), regardless of nationality or length of stay. Registration must be completed in SIBA (Information System for Accommodation Bulletins) within three working days of arrival. To comply with this legal requirement, we kindly ask all guests to provide their details before arrival.
Available for short stays, weekends, or long stays of 1–6 months.
