It is just a perfect location an the the value for money is perfect! The owner, Luisa, is always available to assist in every situation. This was my second stay there and I will definitely go back next Year.
There was nothing to not like, it is just excellent! It all comes down to expectations, but please keep in mind it's not a hotel with a pool. I can't see why anyone would not like this place.

the accommodation did say includes breakfast, did not say we had to make it ourself, but that was fine sufficient
Luisa, the owner let me charge my car with her Tesla charger that was a bonus.

Quiet lovely localisation (about 30 min walk to the centre), parking outside the building on the street (but there was no problem to park the car), room and the bathroom was great, the host was very nice

Communication. The host only checked us in at 6 pm. We couldn’t cancel without loosing 80% of our money. Even though the web stated 15H00. We chose this accommodation over others because of the tennis courts( again that was on the amenities list) - there weren’t any. Our day at Cascais was ruined.
