It's quite spacious, ideal for a family or a 4 people party. A 3 beds is quite rare in Cascais, so with the large living room and a balcony. Top floor but quiet at night, although there's a trafficked road on the bedrooms side so wouldn't advise sleeping with the windows open.
A bit run down, the furniture and bathrooms could use a refresh. Old building with smelly installations and bathrooms, 3rd floor, no lift, bring a light luggage.

Apartamento é amplo e confortável numa ótima localização. Resposta do host foi sempre rápida para todas as solicitações que fizemos demonstrando intenção genuína de buscar soluções.
Um dos banheiros exala um cheiro forte de esgoto. Carga elétrica do apartamento poderia ser aumentada principalmente no inverno quando vários equipamentos são ligados - Chave Geral caiu várias vezes durante a estadia. Em dias de chuva forte água entrou na cozinha vindo do terraço do andar de cima.

I liked the balcony.
I didn't like to know that the adress in the Booking site and app was incorrect. So, the geolocation by Google give us a wrong idea that were are more near the center than we really are. The sofa is very unconfortable. So are the beds. It is a third floor with no elevator.
