Peaceful, beautiful gardens to relax in, cool off pool and perfectly comfortable spacious room. A very good place to unwind. We loved the bike/helmet loans as we didn't have a car and enjoyed exploring the area by bike and by foot. A really interesting location between the main beaches at Guincho and the lovely town. Coffee at coffee shop on site was also excellent. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Their gym is only available to guests at relatively unusual time of 2-5pm daily. Appreciate it is used (sparingly) by others in the community but would have loved an hour in the morning or evening to use it which is a pretty usual time to exercize.

Location is great. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Only downside is that there were a lot of flies, in- and outside. Probably due to the horses close by. But overall only positive experiences.

Villa set up was cozy. Onsite restaurant was airy and perfect for enjoying meals and drinks for an extended period of time. Perfectly situated close to downtown Cascais and beach pathway. Bikes available for nearby touring. Charming to have the horse riding club next door.
"Pool" was a converted albeit large fountain. Horses nearby attracted flies.

Breakfast service was very slow and not great value
Window on entry door that could not be closed for privacy. Shutters banging opened/closed all night long on windy night. When we complained to the staff the next morning we were lectured on what we should have done. Manager told us he would compensate us and never did.
