The location was in the Rincon area of Benidorm within walking distance of shops, bars and the Levante beach.
We hired a car and access to the AP7 and N332 was easy.
People with limited mobility without a car should be aware that to get to the property a number of roads going uphill have to be negotiated.
The apartment was very airy, well equpped and the view from the terrace was outstanding. 2 bathrooms was great.
The lifts were very quick too.
Underground parking with allocated space and pool area superb.
We had a quiet experience without disturbance from the neighbours. We are quiet ourselves so this was appreciated.
The host, Claudio, kept in touch prior to arrival via whatsapp and met us on arrival to give us the keys and brief us on the apartment.He said he lived in the building should we need anything so all good.

The views from the terrace were excellent
Cheap lounge furniture not very comfortable. At the top of a very steep hill so had to use taxis a lot
