Lovely comfortable hotel , location was brilliant, plenty of restaurants near by and about 10 minutes to main square , all the staff were brilliant but a special shout out to Olivia always helpful and smiling.

Ther location and room facilities are fine
The room was extremely hot, and despite two requests, the hotel, after originally stating that they would investigate turning on the air conditioning did not do so, claiming that it was still still within the heating period. A fan was requested - reception staff agreed to seek one, but never actually delivered.
