There were many things wrong Including one of the fire alarms not working and was disassembled All the cooking utensils were covered in grease The cooker was filthy Food left in the fridge and empty raw chicken packets in the freezer Hair in one of the beds Dirty towels Wallpaper falling off And more we sent an email through including pictures. Yet too hear back

Nice and clean.
Very cold on arrival, even after heating up downstairs was very cold, salon and kitchen very cold-very bad quality windows and doors as wind was going in, so this 2 rooms was very cold. I will not recomend if traveling in winter with kids. Think its ok for summer but not for winter.Toaster not working at all, what its shame as its not expensive thing to replace, coffe out of date, window in bathroom not possible to close.
