Good value and decent location in Lincoln City.

Good location with distant view of beach, 10 minute walk there. Home had well stocked kitchen and place settings.

Large person who stayed in the main floor bedroom with twin trundle beds found them extremely uncomfortable and ended up sleeping in her van. They might be OK for small kids though.

House was disappointing, especially for amount of money paid to stay.

Location was ok.

Kitchen dishes were very dirty when pulled from the cupboard. Not very much dishwasher detergent available. Had to do dishes by hand and lay on towel to dry. Not very many bathroom towels. No actual linens found to make up pull out bed. Dirty kitchen chairs. Outside deck chairs dirty and looked unsafe. Stairs leading up to house could use some safety strips on.

High-end beach house in a good location.

Nice view… House was bright, clean and comfy with nice furnishings. In all a great beach house!

We had issues with some things not working properly and it was inconvenient to get them addressed during our stay so we didn’t.

It's 2 stories, so there are stairs. Not a problem for our group but might be difficult for disabled.

Beautiful Beach View but needs upgrades

I love the view of the beach and being close to everything!

I didn’t like the lock box at the front entrance. I would suggest they invest lock that you can put your pin in and open the door. it was really hard to unlock with long nails.

Dukes Dirty 30

The view was worth the price!! And it had a great layout! All the amenities were great. We loved the location because of the proximity to the casino and outlet mall!

We liked everything about the house except parking was a little difficult but was expected! The road in front of the house was a freeway. Cars drove by going way too fast!
