Nestled in Lincoln City’s historic Nelscott neighborhood, this three-story coastal home welcomes families, friends, and girlfriend getaways with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, space for eight, and ocean views that remind you that the beach is never far away.
The second floor is truly the heart of the home. Gather around the kitchen island while dinner comes together, share stories around the dining table, or sink into the comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and ocean views in the distance. When someone needs a little quiet time, the second family room offers another cozy place to curl up, play games, or watch a movie. With a bathroom for every bedroom, everyone has their own comfortable space to retreat to at the end of the day.
Outside, the Oregon Coast becomes part of the experience. Start the morning with coffee on the balcony, fire up the grill for dinner, or slip into the private hot tub on the entry-level deck and watch the evening sky settle over the coast. The Olivia Beach neighborhood is just as inviting, with streets and paths that are wonderful to explore by foot or bike, plus a seasonal saltwater pool, playgrounds, sand volleyball, a firepit, and a staircase leading toward the beach and tide pools.

It was a bit of a hike to the beach (not recommended for grandparents with mobility issues) but a gorgeous property! The kids and friends had their own spaces and bathrooms and the Olivia Beach community is super peaceful. Wonderful place to stay!

The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a little further from the beach than expected. There were a couple minor problems like blinds being broken and the internet was very inconsistent.

The house itself is clean, newer, and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. The driveway is very narrow, steep, at an odd angle, and has big rocks round it. It is not easy to navigate at all, even for experienced drivers, and needs to be fixed (large rock at the bottom taken out and area paved over so that cars can safely back out). It is not safe for cars as-is. When we asked about beach access before booking, we were told it was 650 feet away and had less than 25 stair steps down to the beach. We walked all around and couldn’t find any beach access matching that description. We ended up having to drive down to the beach, which was fine except it meant having to navigate the driveway every time. Whenever I’ve stayed at a vacation rental, there is always a book explaining the property and providing helpful information—there was no such book here. We would have appreciated one with information such as a map showing beach access points, where to find the pool, etc. There was a very small number of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for how many people this house sleeps. No bath mats by the showers so we ended up using beach towels to keep the floor dry. Addressing these things would make for a more comfortable stay and is expected with a house at this price point. The internet was very spotty and only worked about half of the time. Overall, it was ok but I wouldn’t go back based on the driveway alone. The lack of clarity regarding beach access is also frustrating.
