Welcoming modern ground floor maisonette for visiting family.

Fairly new modern fixtures and fittings throughout. Well placed for visiting family members.

No "on site parking" so had to seek scarce spaces on nearby side roads: Walton Gardens and Huntingtower Road. A one page welcome note would not go amiss to explain how to use the shower and appliances.

I highly recommend to avoid this place if you need to be certain of getting a bed to sleep in

The host emailed me a key code to enter the property. It didn't work. I called/texted and emailed the host and they didn't reply to me. So I had to find another place to stay. The host contacted me the following day saying "Hi I’m so sorry about this we were at a wedding away and forgot the work phone ! Did you get sorted ok? Was your stay ok? Again apologies we didn’t have this phone with us". That didn't help me much after I had been left without anywhere to stay

Superb location and super clean.

Great location, amazing finish throughout the property. Shower is hot and powerful, with the option of a traditional or rain head. Comfortable bed with nice soft linen. Lovely to have 2 huge Tvs as well with Netflix. Great wifi. The accommodation was spotless, could not fault anything. Was literally sparkling clean. Would definitely recommend and return.

Beautifully renovated, exceptionally clean and all the facilities you could possibly want.

There were a couple of scuffs here and there on the door and carpet but I think only noticeable because everything was so perfect!

Nicely decorated and well furnished. Very clean property with good facilities.

Bed was a bit soft and springy. Shower temperature control was a bit difficult to set, not clear which way was hot or cold.

Really easy to find and has recently been renovated to a very high standard! Lovely bathroom with great shower and super comfy mattress in a cosy and contemporary environment.

Lovely and clean and comfy, the smart TV was welcome on rainy nights. Location was great for town centre. Wellies Chippy was delicious and only a fea doors down. Never had a problem finding a parking spot on the side street.

Is on a busy road. Road bothered me a little but not my wife. The shower had a fault and was too high for my wife but I liked it, especialy the monsoon head. A small dining table would be a welcome addition.

Fantastic stay

This is an amazing ground floor apartment which is beautifully decorated. The property is immaculately clean, very comfortable and private. I visit Grantham regularly and often finding good accommodation is quite difficult to find but this property is another level and would not even consider anywhere else

The property was clean, modern and stylish looking. The bed was comfy, the living room spacious and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a delicious meal.

My only criticism is that there was no coffee, or sweetener provided and I had to buy it myself, but as I had to buy food for the weekend, that wasn’t too much of an issue.

Stayed here for a nearby wedding. Lovely clean properly. Very convenient and well priced. Comfortable bed too!

Where to go wasn't immediately obvious. Some electrical cabinets swinging open in walkway to property where were a bit unsightly.

Tardis in Grantham

Location, clean, convenient. Like a tardis house. Huge bed and sofa bed, functional shower room with soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser and kitchen with good choice of utensils. Nice towels too. Oh and and outside bench but didn't get to use maybe next time

Wish there had been a dish cloth and spray just to be able to wipe down as had a 2 year old with us but had sponge and kitchen roll so made do with some washing up liquid. Also wish I known no sugar as would of got some or acquired some sachets on my travels as you do as don't want to buy massive bag for two nights. But really only small things as the house itself was lovely
