This property is situated in an ideal location, minutes away from Birmingham’s bustling Chinatown, in a brand new secure development. The neighborhood is quiet, and the property is located within a gated community, placing you in the heart of the city centre.
By staying in this property you will be just a 15-minute walk away from Chinatown, as well as the Bullring Shopping Centre and Birmingham’s busiest High Street.
This is a one-bedroom property, carpeted throughout and furnished to the highest standards. Located on the ground floor, this property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room area and a separate bedroom. You will be able to watch your favourite on-demand series on our 50” Smart TV, whilst we also provide high speed WiFi, toiletries, bed linen, tea and coffee.
This apartment also comes with free parking.
Before check in:
We require all our guest to provide proof of Identification i.e passport, drivers licence.
While you reside in our property:
1. There cannot be any more than the confirmed guests in or on our property at any one point, this will be a violation of our occupancy limit and violation of this will lead to an immediate removal of all guests without any refund.
2. The person will respect and follow all community guidelines of this property.
No Parties
No Smoking
No Illegal Downloading
No extra guests
Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10pm.
Indoor shoes/slippers preferred
Treat the flat as if it were your own
When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows
3. This is a self check in property, by booking this property you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you have been provided.
4. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking, this will be applied for each day of your booking.
5. Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge of £60 will be applied for any unauthorised late check outs.
6. You are responsible for any damages caused upon your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experienced caused by your damages.
7. You must pass our verification process failure to do so will grant us the option to decline your booking.
8. You agree that your booking this property in goodwill with your host and you will not attempt to damage your hosts business if you lose a dispute.
