We were in Birmingham for cricket and it was so close to the ground

Good location for going to the cricket. The house was clean, easy to access and communication was clear. Good shower in the bathroom and cosy living room.
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was okay for a couple of nights. The kitchen didn’t have many utensils, oven trays, pots etc for cooking.

Nice, clean, comfortable. I was there for a conference and had everything I needed. They even left some Nespresso pods!
Everything was good. Unfortunately the heatwave made it difficult to sleep as the bedroom was very hot. Location was good for city center 25-30min walk. Campus about 49min walk.

The property was larger than expected and had everything that was required for a short stay The bathroom was lovely and clean The contact with the owners was very good
The sofa and bed were quite uncomfortable so found it hard to relax comfortably The outside of the property did not reflect the inside
