Nice, clean, comfortable. I was there for a conference and had everything I needed. They even left some Nespresso pods!
Everything was good. Unfortunately the heatwave made it difficult to sleep as the bedroom was very hot. Location was good for city center 25-30min walk. Campus about 49min walk.

Lovely house, genuinely cosy and compact but perfectly proportioned - ideal for one or two as advertised, kitchen perfectly functional and in good nick, living room comfy and everything very clean. Bed really comfy which is always a plus. Big smart TVs in both living room and bedroom, water pressure excellent in shower and nice and warm throughout. Hosts left some nice wee welcome items like chocolate and tea which was very sweet. Location is very easy for buses and had a driveway for parking if you need it.
A bit of a walk to nearest shops and you have to contend with some busy roads but they all have pedestrian crossings.

Comfortable, clean, beautiful big bath towels, good sized shower with good water pressure. Kitchen had all you needed. Comfortable lounge that reclined which was nice. Dining table. The pedestal fan was a bonus. I didn't use it, but having a washing machine would be helpful if you were staying a while.
It was very hot upstairs to sleep, but we put the pedestal fan up there and it was bearable. Those stairs...

The property was larger than expected and had everything that was required for a short stay The bathroom was lovely and clean The contact with the owners was very good
The sofa and bed were quite uncomfortable so found it hard to relax comfortably The outside of the property did not reflect the inside
