We have stayed before when visiting relatives in Chatteris
It was very cold in the room. Someone had moved us into an upstairs room which as someone with a hidden disability was very difficult, I purposely requested the annexe room. It was very quickly rectified by the lady who welcomed us.

We were fortunate to have both our rooms upgraded and it was quiet and comfortable I also liked the biscuits and hot chocolate in our room . Breakfast was very nice and the staff amazing
I almost got stuck in the bathroom as the door was very stiff
