Friendly greeting , very helpful lady gave me a lift to the party I was attending . The room was clean and quiet . Shower good , very modern . Comfy chair and tea coffee with neat little fridge for real milk .
Parking not suited for larger cars Mattress could do with a topper for creaky boned oldies like me 😀

It's location to the town centre and shops/pubs/restaurants was excellent less than a 10 minute walk
Just a small observation! the main window over looking the road and pathway in the room had no blind/privacy screen which we felt we had to keep the main curtain closed
