Perfect apartment for a cozy and quiet stay in a perfect location in Metz. Clean, great online communication with the owner and easy access. Very good kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We had a wonderful stay (2nd time already) and will be returning.

We expected an excellent place, not in our case unfortunately

Well located, close to the city centre, easy access by car to the highway and parking lots around. Bed is comfortable, quiet apartment despite being next to the street. Large spaces, big sofa, table etc. Easy communication with the owner, easy check-in and check out.

The apartment was not cleaned before our arrival, multiple spots with dust, dirty toilet seat, hair on the bed, no bathroom/shower amenities were available, just some soap-shower gel from previous customers. Entrance corridor not clean either, we doubt anyone cleans it ever. We had to clean ourselves upon arrival. Good communication with owners about it, but they simply said that they will inform the responsible and they are sorry, which does not fix the fact that we looked for a nice relaxing stay upon our arrival at 23:00 and did not get it. Pictures on Booking.com are not recent. The apartment is worn out in some places (eg., bathroom, doors) so you book a place with rating 9 and get service of an apartment with rating 4 or less

Really nice apartment, short walk to everything you want to see. Lots of cafes near by. Easy walk to train station and bus station. Host was super friendly and helpful.

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, an der Avenue Foch, ohne Aussicht auf diese.

Grosszügige Wohnung im Erdgeschoss an der schönen Allee "Avenue Foch", erstellt aus 2 Büro-Räumen. Küche/Esszimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind recht gross. Das Licht im Schlafzimmer kann angenehm gedimmt werden. Gutes Bett, wir haben gut geschlafen. Ruhige Lage.

Das grosse Fenster der Küche gegen die schöne Avenue Foch war mit einer weissen, undurchsichtigen Plastikfolie abgedeckt (Das Foto entspricht nicht dem Inserat, wo man hinter dem Rollo das Haus vis-à-vis sieht). Wir sahen also nicht auf die schöne Allee, sondern auf eine Plastikfolie. Der Eigentümer hat uns netterweise am letzten Tag noch persönlich versabschiedet, und erklärte, dass gewisse Leute sich gestört hätten, wenn man nachts rein sieht, wenn das Licht an ist. Dies ist der Grund der Folie. Ich finde es gäbe XX Möglichkeiten, um es allen recht zu machen. Horinzontale oder vertikale Lamellenstoren, Lichtfeste Vorhänge, etc. etc. Der Eigentümer meinte, er würde eine Lösung suchen. Ich kann leider nur bewerten, was wir vorgefunden haben. Ansonsten war die Wohnung aber ok.

Très bien situé que l’on vienne en voiture ou en train. L’appartement est très propre et bien agencé. J’ai été agréablement surpris par le calme malgré la proximité de l’avenue. Je reviendrais!
