Muy espaciosa y bien diseñada para la comodidad

La villa est dans un lotissement très calme. Il y a une grande route qui passe derrière mais on n'entend pas grand. On est à proximité du Lidl , et on est à proximité de la plage. La piscine est un plus, les enfants en ont bien profité tous les soirs. De la terrasse, vu sur le volcan avec un couché de soleil magnifique tous les soirs. Villa climatisée, un vrai plus avec la chaleur.

This was our second time staying here & is a lovely villa. It's about 20 mins walk to the town. It is clean, spacious & has a pool. The pool is quite deep.

The last day we were checking out at 11.00 & we had agreed to leave then. However the cleaners arrived at 10.30 & it felt a bit stressful packing up the last bits. Also, i think the kettle broke... but no issue as there was a spare one.

It’s a good sized property with a good sized space outside. The kitchen is quite well stocked with plates, cups etc. there is an electric gate with a parking space inside. The pool man came every 5 days early. Cleaned thoroughly and locked the gate when he left. The bed was comfy.

We stayed for one month and although the bed and towels were changed every seven days we didn’t have a single clean which I queried and was told this was normal and it wasn’t included. The towels were rubbish, elastic and didn’t dry you!! The house is very tired, there’s mould and walls are flaking paint badly in lots of places. They wanted €25 a day to heat the pool which they would reduce to €630 as we were there a month. We felt that was a lot of money to heat the pool so chose not to. It was further from town than we expected, there’s James villa information and they went out of business in 2023. Nothing up to date. I cleaned the BBQ under the grill as I don’t believe it had been ever cleaned as it was full of ash and didn’t work until I cleaned it. There was no wire brush to clean the grill.
