Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. 20 mins walk into Playa Blanca/port/main town. 45 mins from marina. 20 min walk to Lidl with another supermarket just over the road. Nice size villa (though we only had 4 people staying). Loads of seating areas in & outside. Air conditioning for when it was warmer (once we worked out how to use it). Basically clean (though don’t look too close), towels provided, including beach towels. Bus station 20 min walk away. Washing machine at property.
Showers are a bit snug despite having reasonable sized bathrooms. Hot water ran out half way 4th person showering. Towels not large but adequate. Main lights in lounge a bit temperamental (sometimes worked, sometimes didn’t). No nearby taxi rank so have to rely on more expensive pre-booked taxis.

The villa is an excellent size and well equipped . The pool is a good size and was in the sun all day (end of September) the outside seating made it a great place to relax during the day and eve will definitely be booking again.
The master bedroom mattress was unfortunately very hard.
