Nothing particularly, late break booking. Stay suffolk with our ph call regarding key box also with a ph call from maintenance as tv not working, there was a fault so info in arrival book was incorrect Stay in suffolk were very good and quick service to help

Confusion over key box as there was 2. Pedal bike left on edge parking space made difficult to park, unable to move it. Wasn't aware it was upstairs. Bathroom very tired smelt damp broken tile, toilet roll holder hanging on Lounge blind strings broken in few places hanging off. Felt the £95 cleaning charge was high

The accomodation was centrally located and convenient for shops. There were a couple of issues that were resolved quickly and professionally. Each member if staff I dealt wirh from the Stay in Suffolk Team were friendly and helpful. We shall use them again.

The place was very spacious. It had its own off street parking. The bed was very comfy

A lot! Firstly we were not told that number 2 was inside door number 1,so spent a long time trying to find number 2! Then it turned out to be an upstairs flat, which was not made clear on the website, there was no banister rail and very steep narrow staircase , dangerous for people like my husband with some mobility issues. At the bottom of the stairs in the hallway was a lot of rubbish debris outside our door! Inside the bathroom door handle spindle is broken, the door does not close properly. There are no proper grab handles in the bathroom to aid getting in and out of the bath. In the living room a part of the blind is broken, part or the plaster on the ceiling is about to drop off. The ceiling plinth in the bedroom looks like it's going to drop off!
