About this apartment rental
This modernised ground floor flat with parking is located in the heart of Leiston with easy access to the high street and just a 10 minute drive to Sizewell and the coastal town of Aldeburgh. The two bedrooms have king size beds and there’s a chic bathroom, a comfortable living/dining space with widescreen TV, Wifi, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Access is through doors from the driveway to the buildings' entrance hall, where you'll find the apartment door into a hall leading to both bedrooms, the bathroom, and the living/dining room with kitchen beyond with a stable door back to the driveway. Hard flooring runs throughout, however there are internal lintels and a step or two to external doors to enter.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
A clean and comfortable double aspect room where the dining table and four chairs sits at one side with a shelving unit, and a generous sofa and additional chair with coffee table are positioned opposite the large TV with terrestrial chanels and basic Sky products.
KITCHEN
Off the living/dining room, this well designed kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and four ring induction hob, a microwave, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer (3 shelves, bottle rack and veg drawer in the fridge; 4 drawers in the freezer), a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.
BEDROOM ONE
Sitting at the back of the apartment, away from the driveway, this room has a king size bed with a bedside storage unit and additional storage in a wardrobe, shelves, and baskets.
BEDROOM TWO
Another lovely room at the back with a king size bed, bedside unit, chest of drawers, and a couple of wardrobes giving ample room to unpack and settle in.
BATHROOM
Conveniently opposite both bedrooms, furnished with a good-sized bath with a rain shower, a shower wand, and a shower curtain; a wash basin, WC, heated towel rail (towels are provided for all guests), and a window giving natural light.
OUTSIDE
Leiston Court is located in the heart of town and has allocated parking for one vehicle with additional spaces in the High Street car park almost opposite. You’ll be just a few minute’s walk from the Co-Op, cafes, pubs, restaurants, take-aways, the historic cinema, and the leisure centre; and, if you want to venture further, a short drive to picturesque Thorpeness, the colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh, Sizewell.
If you have a larger vehicle you might find it helpful to know that the width of the parking space from the side of the building to the inside of the marker is 3130mm, big enough for most vehicles but please take care not to block the neighbours in.
