Very clean and pleasant stay. The premises is modern and very spacious. The rooms are a great size and bathrooms are very comfortable. The premise is close to shops and restaurants. So we could cook and eat out when we wanted.
Parking space was mentioned that it was two spaces but one was already taken. There needs to be an information booklet in the property. Nothing else it was all very good and very comfortable.

The accommodation is very spacious and clean. We were there for a specific purpose so the location suited us.
No frills in the apartment like a hairdryer.
No toiletries and no hospitality tray. Which is all fine if you know in advance. I suppose we have just become used to these things in short term lets.
Key collection instructions need updating, the agency people were good though at sorting it out.
Street is quite noisy and people do walk past very close to the windows.
Leiston is not the prettiest of places and amenities are minimal.
