Overall, it’s a good spot with great service, but the food was a real disappointing.

Great location with proper ski-in, so it’s easy to get back after skiing, but it’s not really ski-out if you want to explore the rest of St. Anton as you have to walk or get a lift first. The service is great and the staff are very helpful.

The food quality is below average and a limited variety that is not catering for children. The rooms are basic and do the job, but the walls are very thin, so you can hear people and other mechanical sounds in the rooms next door. Parking is outdoors and given the heavy snow that week, I spent a lot of time shovelling snow around the car without any help from the hotel.

The majority of the staff were EXCELLENT - there were always lots of helpful, polite, attentive and happy staff around to assist, and almost always in an enthusiastic and friendly manner. The location was perfect for us too - ski-in/out and easy to drive to. The food was good and the rooms were well designed and comfortable. Only one of us used the spa which also scored very highly.

We had one small, negative experience with a staff member but that was probably just a misunderstanding. Not really even worth mentioning here but we would have scored 10/10 instead of 9.9 had it not happened.

Very good facility, Cheerful staff, very high quality of food, very near to the ski lift and could return directly from slope to the hotel.

The coolest hotel in the Austrian Alps

We were a bit wary about staying at a new hotel but shouldn’t have worried! As soon as we arrive the lovely staff made us feel very welcome and talked us through the ins and outs of the hotel. The interior is super cool - very Instagram friendly and the staff cannot do more to help you. The location is also great as you can ski in / ski out and there is a button lift right outside the ski room (which takes you to the main chair lift in St Christoph). There is also a bus just up the road which you can catch down into St Anton for dinner. Breakfast is mainly continental plus cooked eggs and bacon which you can order from the kitchen. There is also a small swimming pool and a sauna, although we did not use these due to the COVID risk at the time. The lounge has a beautiful open log fire which is great to relax in front of after a long day of skiing.

As with any hotel there a few negatives which could easily be improved. Our room was super hot and stuffy (even though we turned down the radiator and opened the window). This meant we often had some trouble sleeping with the very thick duvets that are provided. The food in the restaurant is a little overpriced compared to other restaurants in the area. Therefore, we would often eat out for dinner instead. The last (free) bus into St Anton leaves at around 20:30 but there is only one that goes back to the hotel at 22:15. This limits the return journey options and the taxi trip is 35 euros (although this obviously isn’t the hotels fault and this may change after the curfew is lifted).

A unique and memorable stay in the sky with excellent facilities and skiing!

Stylish and cosy hotel with superb staff. Delicious breakfast, snacks and drinks. Excellent location and easily located! The pool and sauna where a lovely addition after a long day skiing and the wide range of areas to sit and relax made it welcoming and warm.

We would have liked to see a more varied dinner menu although we understand that it rotated daily and did only try one evening. A kettle or coffee machine in the room would have been a welcome addition for having a hot drink before bed or in the morning without having to go downstairs.

Wij hadden een goed verblijft. Pluspunt was dan oen onmiddellijk op de piste zat.

Alles was proper en netjes. Het onthaal en personeel Waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was van goede kwaliteit.

Het ontbijt kon uitgebreider. Ook stond er op Internet dat alle kamers een balkon hadden maar dat bleek niet waar te zijn,

Het verblijf was goed, het aanbod voor het eten viel wat tegen, maar al bij al goed hotel!

Het ontbijt was goed, maar er kon net wat meer keuze zijn. De versheid van de producten kon ook iets beter. (de yoghurt was de laatste dag niet ok) De hygiëne was dik ok! De skiruimte was ook voldoende ruim en een vlotte weg naar buiten (trap op)

meer keuzes voor het diner. Het aanbod viel wat tegen. Het hotel staat voor ski in ski out, maar de ski out was een tegenvaller, eerst een berg(je) beklimmen om aan de skilift te komen. Je kan via de sleeplift er ook geraken, maar het laatste stuk moet je met je ski's het baantje oversteken en omhoog klimmen. Je voelt je ook s'avonds verplicht om het personeel elke avond een tip te geven, 10 - 15% van je rekening van drank aan de tafel. Dit vonden wij niet kunnen…. Na de eerste nacht hadden wij het kaartje van roomservice opgehangen, maar toen we savonds terug kwamen, was er niemand geweest.

Die Qualität des Essens war sehr schwankend. An manchen Tagen sehr gut, an manchen Tagen schwach. Vielleicht hat der Koch jeweils gewechselt? Schade, dass der Fitnessraum nicht in Betrieb ist. Das wäre nochmal eine tolle Aufwertung.
