Very good location great layout of the place

It was really challenging to get the keys out of the box the cleaning lady who was there tried and several times and finally got it out

Definitely not a deluxe property.

This is marketed as a deluxe property so I was very surprised and disgusted to find that the pillows were old and lumpy and stained with sweat. The window in the bedroom could not be closed properly and the lighting in the bedrooms was inadequate. When I sent a photograph of the sweat stained pillow to the management company they told me that did not accept my complaint - as if I had somehow faked the photo!

Less than average; we made do.

the apartment was close to metro sbs Jus and good shops. however for what we paid it was too much. 1. the bathroom door did close properly and jammed. the PowerPoint on the bath room did not work. we didn’t have enough hot water on the first day showering. only one key for 6 people. we had to sleep 3 to a bed in one room as the sofa bed was not really a sofa bed. kitchen was quite small. the washing machine could have come with instructions for cycles. I won’t be recommending it to other family members unfortunately.

Perfect Location, Spacious Apartment

Great location, really can't be beat. So many great food spots (Angelina's, Le Bon Marche, Barthelemy, Poiline etc) nearby and we enjoyed going to the market a few blocks away. The metro stop is right there (though usually you'd need to connect to another line). Spacious. It's hard to tell the exact layout from the photos: You enter from the street through a corridor, then out another door to a courtyard all on ground level. Then you enter the door to the apartment. To the left is a bedroom, straight is a small kitchen, to the right goes to the rest of the apartment: big dining area, big couch in living room with TV. As you continue on, to the level is another sitting room under the huge skylight. The bathroom is to the right and the second bedroom is between the two. Our son did okay sleeping on the couch in the living room, it would've been too bright to sleep under the skylight. We appreciated the soap, shampoo etc and tons of towels.

Very flat pillows, typical for Europe, but would be nice to have a couple extra pillows. Lots of little flies in that room with skylight when we arrived and in general, random ants around. We didn't get any bug bites so weren't too bothered. Washer/dryer combo takes forever even for a small load so just plan accordingly. The door handles to the bathroom and bedroom need to be tightened, they were very loose. Water from the shower gets all over the bathroom floor. It's been a month since our departure and we haven't received our deposit back (haven't followed up yet).

Not everything it's cracked up to be.

The apartment was spacious and the few windows faced a courtyard and not a street so it was nice and quiet at night. The location next to Rue du Bac metro station was awesome, and we always felt safe in the neighbourhood. Arrival and check out were swift and efficient.

The place could benefit from some fans. There are only very few windows and no cross breeze so airflow is nil. The apartment was very humid. To the extent that the floor always felt wet and slippery and our washed clothes wouldn't dry. The shower looks nice, but it is very slippery and water gets everywhere. The bathroom door required a body slam to close - which was not great for our child sleeping on the pull out couch right outside that door. Speaking of that couch, it desperately needs a cleaning. We put a sheet on it as soon as we got there because it looked too gross to sit on otherwise.

very spacious apartment, great placement near everything, extremely quite and cosy, comfortable and 3/5 clean, needs another wc or shower room, but great idea to take over for holidays with a family of 7-8 persons.

not very clean, photos do not at all correspond to the apartment, they are not natural photos, we were waiting 1 hour for the person (extremely helpful and kind) to come and hand us the keys, the deposit of 350 eur unless I sent them 3-4 messages has not been received even today 2 months after the end of my stay, the shower is broken, humidity in the room, no information on how to turn on the heat, kitchen ustensils not clean enough, needs some repairs, sofas not clean, surfaces not clean enough

The location was good. The advertisement shows a beautiful apartment...

We arrived at checkin time, and waited 25 minutes in an unkept courtyard for our 'greeter'. Ants were in the kitchen. Bathroom sink was cracked down the middle, and the door was swollen and would not close. Water damage and stains on walls. Poor ventilation. Mold inside the framed poster in the living room. Construction noise all day in the adjacent apartment. We notified the owner and left to spend our remaining two of three nights in a lovely hotel. Of course we did not receive a refund, but it took a month and many requests to get our €350 'damage deposit' refunded.
