Olive Grove 3 1 Bedroom Villa with large Bath

We loved this very quiet location , nestled amongst the trees on the property. This cottage is like a big warm welcome hug to the Hunter Valley . It has everything you need to help you enjoy your stay . The furniture was comfortable and well set out . I loved the free standing bath and all the special touches that was supplied in the cottage . We were also very surprised to see the gift of chocolate and wine in the fridge . We wished we could have stayed longer and if visiting the area again we will definitely try to book here again .

The location and privacy and not too expensive.

Bedroom door wouldn’t close properly and the batteries in the smart tv remote were dead. Boiling the jug on the gas stove is annoying, took so long. An electric jug would be an easier option I think.

Great location, extremely clean, wine and chocolates in the fridge, bed was comfy, A/C, quiet and great bathtub!!

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is present. We visited in Autumn and the two heat pumps and fireplace heated the place up quickly. spacious bedroom. Location is okay, Pokolbin is rural so doesn't really matter where you stay, you have to drive a bit to get somewhere anyway.

The communication with property management "Weekenda" was bizarre. As soon as they found out I wasn't Australian they panicked. In 3 months, they have sent me 18 e-mails, but still no key box code to my NZ mobile number or email address on day of arrival. Luckily, the proprietors live on the property and kindly called 'Weekenda' for the code. We stayed 8 nights. The property was clean on arrival, but we would have appreciated a mid-week clean. I understand you can request additional cleaning at an extra charge, but I feel for the money and time spent it should be included. My wife loves gardening and felt the garden could have done with a bit more TLC and the side of the house needed a wash.
