Location, comfortable, clean, great outlook and bird life. Our host, Sam, was friendly and helpful.

Small, friendly, clean & good facilities in the room, and loved the winery dogs! (Sam, the Manager was awesome too)
The outdoor lights were on all night, made the room a bit light all night.
