The property is such a wonderful place to stay. Free WiFi, excellent in cleanliness.

Almost everything about the hotel was so great! The management was so nice and helpful. The major thing I love about the hotel was the cleanliness. From the hotel location to city is about 20-25mins depending. You walk 12min to metro station and then, 7-10min to the central station by metro. I highly recommend this property.

Brescia at its most convenient.

Well located, easy to drive to, parking outside the door. The area its located in is a charming ,quiet residential area with good security. Also an easy walk to the Metro to access the centre of Brescia. The Owner was very helpful in checking us in early, helped with luggage and navigating the Metro. Very friendly, helpful guy. Our suite was spacious and clean, very modern with good facilities such as bathroom/toilets etc. Breakfast was in the kitchen which was fine and comfortable.

It’s very fancy and Mr Geovanne treats the guests kindly and I think booking should give it a rating of a 5 stars and not 3. I recommend staying at this property.

Superb

There are several rooms in this property and this review applies to the one I booked/ was allocated. Nice, room, clean and reasonably spacious. Air con provided which is a boon in the north of Italy in Summer as it gets unbelievably humid. Nice, small balcony with table and chair. Very basic, 'Italian' breakfast: cheap yoghurt and some dry dusty things masquerading as bread/ toast. I recommend buying some fruit etc in town before arriving as there isn't much in the way of shops locally. This was my second, very short visit to Brescia. The first time I couldn't explore the city due to monsoon weather. This time the weather cooperated and I have to say that I will be back: great architecture, history, museums and restaurants etc.

The property is around a 13/14m walk from the metro but there is also a bus stop, with infrequent departures nearby. The number 10 bus stop is closer than the metro and also the town centre. This is not a complaint as such but more of an observation. In any case Brescia has many fantastic restaurants and cafes etc, so I strongly recommend eating out.

A good base to explore Brescia

Spacious room, in a nice quiet location. Coffee machine provided and the usual 'no-frills' Italian breakfast: mini croissant wrapped in plastic, perma toast etc. This suited me, however, as I had to leave very early.

No complaints as such, apart from the lack of keys to access the property. One had to download an app and activate three separate codes for the various doors. The code for my bedroom, however, opened and closed the door to another room. Just as well I managed to persuade the owner to provide me with a set of keys. Not too hard to get to the property but it is a good 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station.

Great stay in the vicinity of Brescia, I would definitely come back!

Very nice stay close to the Brescia hills, not too far from the motorway entrance and the city centre, in a quiet and residential area. It is possible to park the car on the street. Doors opening are granted with a smartphone-operated bluetooth lock, so there's no need to have a physical key and to meet the host to checkin or checkout. The host has been very welcoming and kind to us. The rooms are newly refubished, very clean and well equipped; there's also a shared kitchen with a fridge. The bed is very soft and comfortable.

I would have given some more coffee capsules in the room :-) Of course this didn't affect our trip at all, it is great to have a coffee machine in the room.

Ottima soluzione sia per la spesa, che per la location.

Il padrone di casa ti lascia le chiavi di casa e sei autonomo nell'uscire e rientrare quando ti pare. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Accesso a wifi facile e veloce.

All'uscita della casa non c'era una luce di cortesia o un pulsante per aprire il cancelletto. E' stato necessario accendere la torcia del cellulare per illuminare. Un po' scomodo. Basterebbe poco.

Tranquillità e accoglienza

Ottima accoglienza, anche con check in quasi alle 19... con prenotazione davvero last minute ho trovato una camera accogliente e pulita, con bagno personale. Ottima posizione in zona davvero tranquilla.

La colazione semplice ma ben organizzata in frigo e nella stanza. Ho apprezzato anche la disponibilità a sostare in cucina anche dopo il check-out per lavorare lì da pc. Parcheggio facile e gratuito davanti alla residenza

Accoglienza semplice in un contesto famigliare

Villa Beatrice è una struttura piacevole situata in un bel quartiere della città, molto tranquillo. La camera si trova all’interno di una graziosa villetta con giardino; l’intero piano superiore è suddiviso in più stanze che condividono un'area comune con cucina e salotto. La mia camera disponeva di un piacevole balconcino che ho utilizzato per godermi la colazione all’aperto. Colazione “self service” discreta, con tutto il necessario per iniziare la giornata.

Unico aspetto meno piacevole: il rumore di alcuni ospiti rientrati di notte che hanno sbattuto le porte.

buona soluzione per una notte

la struttura si trova in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Ospedale. Il letto era molto comodo e la stanza molto pulita.

c’è una macchinetta del caffè in camera ma viene fornita solo una tazza da tè e non ci sono tazzine da caffè neanche in cucina. Per il resto l’host mette in camera delle merendine e in frigo acqua, latte e yogurt. Per il prezzo è ok. I muri sono un po’ sottili, si sentono chiaramente gli altri ospiti parlare.

Tutto! Struttura ideale sia per affari sia per viaggi di piacere. Accoglienza, pulizia ed arredamento al Top! E da non sottovalutare zona tranquilla con facilità di parcheggio!

Nulla. Peccato che la maleducazione di altri ospiti che non avevano il bagno in stanza mi ha forzato ad avere un risveglio molto presto. Ma questo non è assolutamente imputabile all’host.
