location is good, close to the Brescia center, very good parking inside, room is big and clean, very kind personnel at the reception, breakfast was ok we didn't except to facilities of 5 star hotel, so definitely met our expectation and it's excellent value for the money very good for 1 night stay on the way to/from Brescia

Very helpful and friendly people, got a doggy pack because had to leave before breakfast. dinner was nice to and got a extra portion. enjoyed staying there again. very good price value.

Really kind staff!

The friendly reception by the staff definitely made my stay there a nicer one. It is also really close to the metro station and the room had a nice view to the garden.

The room setup and decoration are very old school and I had the impression it has an older target group.

Sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Excelente localização, perto de um metrô e linhas de ônibus. Boas instalações e serviço de quarto, lugar silencioso e tranquilo. A atendente foi muito atenciosa. Funcionou muito bem o esquema de entrada e saída após o horário de fechamento da portaria.

Faltou uma orientação mais clara sobre o sistema de calefação (como não estou habituado a usar, as instruções que havia eram insuficientes). Um dia terminei passando calor, mas suportável.

La vicinanza agli Spedali Civili e la possibilità di avere una sistemazione confortevole e familiare, mentre si vive un momento difficile.

La linea wi-fi non era molto stabile e quindi poco usufruibile; sarebbe un’ottima idea aggiungere il servizio cena e la possibilità di avere bevande calde a tutte le ore.

Das Frühstück und Service war sehr gut. Etwas mehr Gästeorientierung bei der Übernachtung sinnvoll.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Der Service zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde gepflegt.

Der Parkplatz war unterhalb des Gebäudes, hochfahren war gesperrt.; Da kein Zugang ins Gebäude, musste das Gepäck über Treppen oder eine längere Laufbahn nach oben gebracht werden. Da ich beinkrank bin, entsprach das nicht meinen Erwartungen. Es war ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Das Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett. Draußen im Servicebereich gab es keine Gläser und keinen Wasserkocher um wenigstens Tee zubereiten zu können. Wir haben die Plastik Zahnputzbecher zum Trinken verwendet. Der Servicebereich war nur zum Frühstück zugänglich. Da besteht Verbesserungspotential mit minimalem Aufwand.

Vicinanza con le strutture ospedaliere, cortesia del personale e comodità della stanza. Inoltre tutte le informazioni sul check in fuori orario sono spiegate chiaramente. Fermata Ospedale della metropolitana a poche centinaia di metri.

Sarebbe gradito un piccolo frigo, ma visto il rapporto qualità/prezzo in generale sono pienamente soddisfatta del soggiorno.
