Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This was our second time staying at this particular property and we will most likely return again next year. 56106 Whispering Pines is a cozy comfortable home located in the back area of Sea Colony.
The screened in wrap around porch is a plus as it backs up to a wooded area and the Assawomen Creek. It was so nice to sit out in the evening and listen to the boats as they shuttle back and forth to the bay as well as all the nighttime critter sounds... owls, frogs and a variety of birds !
The Kitchen is well stocked, the living room furniture is comfy as are the beds. The dining table is quite large and can accommodate a number of people. All and all a great vacation spot !

The house was in a nice quiet area of the grounds. Easily accessible to the team, etc.
