Loved the house, could have been much cleaner, but the grandchildren loved the trolley, pools and park! We loved the location and the home’s layout. Thank you so much!!

The house itself had a great layout and the location was just what we were looking for- quiet but convenient. The house itself needs cleaned. When we arrived the back porch smelled like cigarettes- it was awful. When it finally stopped smelling like smoke it was very musty. Not once did we get to use this outdoor space. We had ants, the dishwasher was falling out of the wall, no working vacuum, the upstairs shower would fill to your ankles. We used the chat to communicate our issues daily but only ever heard back ‘we don’t have an update on that yet’. Super disappointed for the money we spent. We loved Sea Colony but our experience staying here was disappointing.
