The location was great with wonderful with great restaurants, gelato and grocery stores nearby. It was private with beautiful views of the canal. They exceeded all expectations.
Our luggage was delayed but they were more than accommodating and accepted it for us after we had checked out. we have no complaints.

The balcony over the canal and bridge were truly unique and special for the price. A/C was included and worked great on the warm days since we live Florida it was very welcome. Staff could not have been better. On our final day we had to leave early to catch our train and they prepared us a special breakfast and delivered it on a cart to our room door the evening before. an amazing smile for couples.

I wanted to be close to the "top" sites so the location of the B&B was perfect. It was also on a small canal so you can enjoy watching the gondolas go by. It was easy to navigate; check in was easy too. Breakfast was amazing and for a small additional fee you could order hot cooked items. All in all, a wonderful stay.
I booked two rooms because we are a family of four. The photos online look amazing, and I'd say it is amazing, but our room in particular (the one I shared with my husband) was very small. Also, the bedroom doors face the central living area which is where you have breakfast, so we were in close quarters to the other family staying in the third room. Luckily, they were terrific!
