Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Loved this unit. Faced the small lake with a restful screen porch. Immaculate upon entry. And the amenities of Sea Colony are numerous. Great vacation all around.

It was nicely furnished and very clean.

Need cable when u have grand kids at the beach. The property accurately stated no cable but we will watch for this in future listings selection but I believe it will hurt them on rentals if renter reads that detail.
