This could easily have been a 5 star review. The home is beautiful. And easily accommodates a family of 8. The reasons for the 3 stars are…Upon arrival, we noticed the home was not thoroughly cleaned. There were crumbs of food on the carpet upstairs in the loft next to the bed and by the desk. There were also a few raisins on the floor which at first appeared to be bugs. This prompted us to check the home’s cleanliness throughout. We noticed that the home was not well dusted. The lampshades in the primary bedroom were fuzzy! Had to be weeks since they were dusted. The headboard had a thick layer of dust as well. The other bedrooms also needed dusting. One lampshade in the LR had a hole in it. After we unpacked and settled in we realized that the loft and front bedroom tv’s didn’t work. We had to go buy a Roku to remedy that. And hookup the front bedroom tv which never really worked. Also in the front bedroom, there is 1 closet for guests to hang clothes only it was locked so they had nowhere to put their hanging clothes. This closet should be available to your guests. Also the refrigerator filter needed replacement and that was not addressed even though we made a few requests. We ended up buying gallons of water and ice for us to be able to drink clean water. The other issue was when I opened the oven and found it filthy. It looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Vacasa handled all of the situations to their best ability but these types of issues are easily avoided with the proper processes in place. We also has a slight issue with tiny ants in the kitchen area which the owners must know about because there were any traps throughout the kitchen dining and living areas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but ee would have enjoyed it a lot more had we not had to deal with theses issues
