In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

This house has enough space for all three of our teens to have their own space. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the kitchen supplies could be improved. Maybe new dishes/glasses, drying rack for drying pots/pans, etc. We have stayed here twice and I would definitely recommend it. There are also some holes in the screened in porch that could be fixed.

The unit is nice, some of the furnishings in the bedrooms are a little "weathered" but we had plenty of space and the unit was clean and in a great location.We cannot say enough good things about Wilgus (the property management company). When we arrived, the AC was not working and all of the outlets in the kitchen did not function. My husband contacted Wilgus' after hours and they were instantly responsive and had someone out the next day (a Sunday!!) to fix the AC. Electricians came Monday morning and fixed a faulty GFCI in the kitchen and we were ready to roll!! We cannot thank Crystal and team enough for coming to our rescue and fixing the issues right away. If you can choose a rental - make sure they're a Wilgus rental!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, enjoyed the fishing spots, house was laid out nicely - fit our needs. No use of dryer during our stay - repair individual did not repair the problem. Called twice - no return calls or visits regarding same issue.
