About this house rental
The property is located at the end of a quite cul de sac within the family friendly Sea Colony Beach Community. The house has 2 master bedrooms with new king size beds, plus 2 additional large bedrooms which all provide privacy from the main living area. There are 3 dining areas including the main dining room, plus breakfast nook with French doors giving a direct view onto the lake, plus outdoor dining on the water front patio, including 8 bicycles and few beach chairs.
The patio has shaded seating and is fully furnished for waterside reading or chats. Additionally, there is a screened porch which provides shaded and sheltered fresh air seating for morning coffee and conversation. If one wants to get away form the crowd there is always a place to relax, including the second floor balcony which overlooks the lake and catches the morning sun.
Furnishings are have an island feel giving a very relaxed and cozy atmosphere.
I've been spending summers in Bethany and Sea Colony for 50 years. Come to Sea Colony and enjoy.

There is excellent tennis for all levels of play with 13 hartru and 14 hard-court, plus 6 hard indoor courts. Sea Colony is one of the top rated tennis resorts in the USA. There is also a new 12 court pickleball center.

Large spacious home with plenty of amenities. Loved the porches and the kids and grown ups loved the fishing right off porch. The pools were a hit, and the beach with access to the tram were extremely helpful. Extra bonus were the bikes and skateboards made getting around an added joy! Overall, the space and perks made this home wonderful for our family.

A very nice house with great location along with the usual hiccups (one pillowcase missing, several lights in a bathroom would not come on). All in all, a nice, relaxing family beach vacation

The only way that this listing is inaccurate is that the pictures don't do justice to just how much space is in this townhouse. It is really large, and has great outdoor space as well. We were very comfortable here and the owners were easy to work with. The beds are also really comfortable, much better than you normally get in a rental. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider renting it again.
