Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Spacious and nicely furnished townhome with garage. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and gadget you can think of. Excellent location across from splash pad and pool.
One note: It appears the owners have a dog and used the unit prior to our stay. My brother-in-law who is highly allergic to dogs had a bad reaction when he came for a visit.

We have been coming to Sea Colony for many years and this property has by far surpassed any previous property we stayed in. The use of the garage was a bonus to store our bikes. The house was spacious with very large bedrooms. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, roomy unit with a screened porch and grassy area for kids to play. Great location near fitness center, aquatic center, and tram.
