About this house rental
This home has been fully renovated. We have paid great attention to detail to include everything you will need to feel at home. Our home is bright, airy, fresh, comfortable and fully equipped!
The floor plan of the house includes a large great room with two bedrooms and a full bath on either side - the perfect layout for two families to share. We know you will also enjoy many hours relaxing on the spacious screen porch.
We are located on a very quite cul de sac street, perfect for kids to bike and scooter. The lot is wooded and private in the rear and there is parking for 4+ cars in front.
Distance to the beach is a 1 mile walk/ride. The Bethany Trolley runs from 9:30 AM until 10 PM and stops at the top of the street every 30 minutes ($0.25 per ride). You will also have access to a resident parking pass to use in town.
Bethany West pool, tennis and gym facilities are available for an additional fee of $30 per week/per person or $10 per day/per person. The walk to either pool and all of the other facilities is just 4 blocks.

We loved the location. Very short drive to the beach. The parking passes were a huge bonus and made parking so much easier. The house was very clean and the living area was nice and spacious.

This house was a perfect fit for our group of five adults and four children. Debbie was very responsive to all our questions leading up to our stay. The house itself was well-maintained and ideally located -- just a mile from the beach, and on a cul de sac, which was perfect for the kids to run and scoot around outside. The screened porch was a lovely spot for meals when it wasn't too hot out, and the backyard was plenty big for the kids to play around in. The kitchen was well-stocked (we used the slow cooker a couple of times) and there's plenty of room in the common area to kick back. The bedrooms are on the small side but comfortable and perfect for our needs (we were able to fit a pac-n-play for our baby in the bedroom we were in). The older kids had a blast sleeping in the bunkbeds. All in all, highly recommended!
