Fabulous house on the edge of town

The property was clean, modern and great layout. Two great bedrooms, very comfortable bed. Great open plan kitchen and living room. Lovely garden and great bathroom/shower facility. Downstairs loo a bonus. It's a solid ten minutes uphill walk into town, twenty if you're not rushing. Plenty of parking space by the house or in town. I'd definitely stay again

It may have been an oversight but there wasn't an iron. We didn't really need one otherwise I'd have got in touch with the owners.

Perfect for a family or small group of friends.

All well arranged, clean and described truthfully and accurately. This host can do training to other booking.com hosts who might need it. The property was as described, location too and all the appliances etc were functioning. The house was charming and clean. Access also super simple and the host polite, professional but not intrusive. Congratulations - this is how it should be done.

We had a great few days and would like to return. We would happily stay at Le 18VB again.

Excellent location: a short walk (uphill!) into the very pretty town of Montreuil-sur-Mer, beautiful walk round the ramparts, fun exploring the cobbled streets, excellent cheese shop and bakers, and nice restaurants. The house seemed more spacious than in the photos and had a groundfloor toilet which wasn't on the description. On-street parking no problem. Big supermarkets a short drive away.

We would have appreciated more detailed information on the recycling, as it was all in French, and we weren't tall enough to shut the dormer window in the large attic bedroom, so a little rain came in.

Goed en gezellig ingericht appartement. Zowel op de begane grond als op de 1e verdieping een toilet. Wel lastig parkeren in de straat zelf maar het is ons steeds gelukt om een parkeerplek in de buurt te vinden. Een paar huizen voor Le 18VB is een uitrit waar je even kan staan om je bagage te lossen en laden. Ga absoluut lunchen bij Anecdote voor 30 euro driegangen. Niet doen als je een moeilijke eter bent!

Stof op de plinten en in de hoeken. Had schoner gekund!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ideal für eine Familie zu viert. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in der Gegend.

Prettig verblijf, en goed uitgangspunt om de omgeving te bezoeken.

De locatie is prima. Vlakbij het centrum, goed te lopen maar wel een behoorlijk hoogte verschil.

De langdurige werkzaamheden in de toegang tot de straat waardoor we een andere toegangsroute moeste zoeken hadden wel vermeld kunnen worden.
