Lovely short stay at Cap Canche

We had the 2 bed apartment and it was spacious and clean with everything we needed for a self catering break. The little town of Etaples was a couple of minutes walk and there were a variety of places to eat within walking distance. Parking was on the street but we managed to find a space nearby.

Nothing really. Maybe a hand towel as well as a bath towel would have been nice.

A fabulous home for a few days in the heart of this lovely, well-kept town near Le Touquet.

A perfect location, with everything in this nice little town (strikingly different in a positive way to le Touquet), close-by. It was a pleasure to walk out on the Friday to the market which spilled out in the streets around the market square. It was bright and airy. Lots of small nice touches throughout. The garden is a bonus if you rent the ground floor apartment.

In order to really take advantage of the superb produce in the market and shops, the kitchen was a challenge at times. We had two apartments, and both kitchens were very similar. The big problem was no worktop space to really prepare a good meal. Also, lacking a few things such as a set of knives (so bring your own if you can), basins and chopping boards. If a few changes were made and a few things added in the kitchen...this would be beyond superb!

Lovely apartment close to all key amenities

Location was lovely close to centre vile & we could access most things on foot. Apartment lovely an clean. and Hosts very welcoming, and even gave us a lift back to the airport as it was raining, so kind and thoughtful.

Because we flew in, we hat to travel light so a few toiletries in the bathroom would have been welcome, and sad to see the local Carrefour express had closed down so we has longer walk to mini market, no fault of owners

Perfect place to stay, amazing hosts, exceptionally clean and very accommodating.

We stopped here to break up the journey home to London and it was so beautiful. The hosts Catherine and Franck were friendly, warm and helpful. The apartment was lovely, incredibly clean and very well equipped. the bed was really comfortable and they provided a baby cot and high chair too. There is a really nice garden with table and chairs. Super easy to park for free. I’d stay here again and would highly recommend it. The little town is so sweet, great for a potter and I’d recommend a trip to Le Touquet for loads of gorgeous shops and bars. The beach is huge with soft white sand. We also drove to Nausicaā Centre National de la Mer which is one of the biggest aquariums in Europe apparently and although it was busy, we had a great day. A perfect stay.

Cap Canche met my needs completely - excellent location, well equipped, clean.

Catherine was very helpful

The code for the key box was sent on the afternoon of my arrival but I didn't see it, so didn't know I had been sent one. When I phoned I couldn't make the code given to me work. Catherine came very quicly to help me which was much appreciated. However, it was all a bit of hassle. Sending the code earlier and also by text and not just email, would have helped.

Lovely stay and great location

We loved the welcome from the host and the modern look of the rooms. The location is great with fresh seafood market just 3 min walking and we were only 5km from Touquet. The village is cute with a lovely Friday market as well. Free parking and 3 lovely bakeries nearby which made the stay extra comfortable.

Since the top floor is the attic, the ceiling is sometimes slanted so if you are tall, you have to duck to avoid hitting your head but it's a detail compared to the comfort, hosts and location :-)

L’accueil du propriétaire La propreté, la décoration et le grand espace de l’appartement.

C’est anecdotique l’escalier pour accéder à l’appartement mais peut être important pour ceux qui ont des problèmes aux genoux mais franchement la propreté, la qualité de la literie et la fonctionnalité de l’appartement vous font oublier ces escaliers

Séjour agréable et reposant

Appartement très bien situé , à proximité du centre-ville. Il reste cependant calme, propice au repos grâce au jardin mis à disposition. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très accueillant. Nous reviendrons prochainement pour nous ressourcer

Un séjour conforme à toutes nos attentes !

L'emplacement est top car proche de toutes les commodités (boulangeries, banques, supérettes, ....). Le calme de la rue et surtout le jardin à disposition sont indéniablement un plus. Le logement est propre, bien décoré et très accueillant avec tout ce qu'il faut pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison. La récupération des clés s'est faite par l'intermédiaire d'une boite à clé.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, le confort de l’hébergement et la qualité des équipements mis à disposition. Le logement était conforme aux photos, bien situé, et très calme. L’accueil a également été très chaleureux, avec des hôtes disponibles et attentionnés. C’était un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter du séjour.
