Renovated house in an ideal location

Discover our holiday home, fully renovated in 2024, ideally located in Cucq-Trepied. Enjoy the convenience of nearby shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket) less than a 5-minute walk away. On the edge of the Touquet forest, perfect for walks or bike rides. The beaches of Le Touquet or Stella are only 5 km away (10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike). The port of Étaples is 1 km away. Explore the Bay of Somme, Montreuil-sur-Mer and much more! ***The Accommodation*** The house is located in a cul-de-sac and street parking is free. On the first floor, there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 shower room with a sink, shower, and a washing machine. Outside, there is a terrace and a lawn area with garden furniture including armchairs and a table with 6 chairs. A barbecue is also available. The outdoor area hasn't been renovated yet (it needs painting ;-) ) This house being our second home, it is fully equipped and we pay particular attention to making your stay as pleasant as possible. The location is ideal for enjoying the Opal Coast, the forest, or for visiting the Bay of Somme, Montreuil-sur-Mer... For cycling enthusiasts, there are many cycle paths to reach Le Touquet without using the road. For electric car owners (like me!), there are 2 charging stations at the end of the street! (Powerdot and Lidl)
