About this house rental
A 120 m² single-family home on enclosed property featuring a pergola, a pétanque court, and a playground with a swing set, set in a very pleasant, bucolic, tree-lined setting.
Sleeps 6 to 8 people.
First floor:
- 1 open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster)
- 1 spacious living room with a TV and a bay window opening onto a wooden deck with a view of the garden.
- 1 sleeping area on the first floor with a 2-seater corner sofa bed.
- 1 separate toilet, washing machine, iron, and a barbecue available for use.
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160)
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, double sink, toilet, and towel warmer.
Parking available for 2 vehicles in front of the house in an enclosed courtyard.
No smoking inside the house.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
Baby equipment option: 1 crib, 1 high chair, 1 baby bathtub, 1 umbrella stroller—provided at no extra charge.
Cleaning service available upon request: +80 euros.
Just 1 minute from Le Touquet-Paris-Plage and on the Opal Coast.
4 minutes from the beach, the golf course, the market in Le Touquet, the market in Étaples-sur-Mer, and the fishing port of Étaples-sur-Mer. Near the Baie de Somme and the Baie de Canche.

We stayed here with 6p. Me, my husband and our 2 kids and my sister in law and her partner.
We had plenty of space inside and outside.
The house is cosy, has a nice and complete kitchen and there is room to park two cars.
I would definitely recommend this house to others.
Location is also nice, bakery, butcher and supermarket nearby. Little drive to the beach.

Maison très sympathique bien située et idéale pour famille avec enfants. Nous sommes ravis de se séjour dans cette location.

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour dans cette maison très propre et bien entretenu.
L'emplacement est idéal car proche des différentes plages connues la bas.
Ma petite fille de 2 ans et 8 mois à fortement appréciée la chambre avec la minnie sur le mur et bien entendu l'espace extérieur avec les jeux pour enfants.
Le seul point négatif pour moi, c'est le bruit de passage des véhicules surtout de jour mais la nuit pas de soucis.
J'habite en campagne donc forcément j'y suis plus sensible.
