A lovely, modern apartment, close to the railway station

A spacious, modern apartment which was very well decorated and equipped. For me, the location was excellent, being very close to the railway station, but also just a short walk from the shops and restaurants of the town. My one night there was very comfortable, and I could see it making a good base for a longer stay.

Although check-in was smooth, it was a little nerve-wracking, having to ring the host and meet him to collect keys.

Location is spot on and the owner seemed a nice lady.You can park for free fairly close(you will need a permit to park in the blue cental area that starts close to the property, so be careful) The bed was comfortable and decoration is in good order throughout.

Unfortunately there are a few big things that need addressing. No fire extinguisher, no smoke alarm.If anything were to happen you would be trapped. No information booklet to tell you about the area,contact numbers in an emergency and things like the parking.We payed for the bedding(no issue with that)but no towels of any description. No kettle,oven,grill,basic chipped plates and basic cutlery. No cleaning products to have a clean round or to clean anything up.Its the little things,dustpan-no brush. The stairs are narrow and twist as they go up,not really explained in the ad.Anyone with mobility issues will have problem's.

Great location near main square. Nice apartment with quiet back yard garden/terrace. Although apartment does not come with bed linen and we did not realize this until we checked in friendly host Toni helped us and supplied with bed linen.

Vive le Pas de Calais!

Nous avons loué l’appartement du haut comme precedemment. Il est vaste, tres bien equipé , tres bien isolé et d’un excellent rapport qualité prix. L’immeuble est situé dans une rue tres calme, à mi chemin entre la gare et le centre ville. Le propriétaire est tres sympathique. Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement.

Appartement du rez-de-chaussée très accueillant. Très propre, bien équipé. Bonne literie. Jolie terrasse Volets qui permettent d'avoir la chambre noire Bonne situation géographique, à deux pas du centre et de la gare. Parking à proximité directe. Hôtes très sympathiques et réactifs à la moindre demande

Bruit de pas et déplacements chaise etc de l'appartement du dessus quand il a été occupé. Résonne assez fort dans l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée

Appartement agréable

La propreté de l'appartement. La décoration est tres jolie. L'emplacement proche de la gare. Équipements cuisine très complet. L'accueil et flexibilité du propriétaire. Il est très aimable.

Nous avons été prévenu d'emporter nos propres draps et serviettes. Il serait intéressant de prévenir également d'apporter un kit hygiène (gel douche, shampooing) Nous avons dû acheter des rouleaux de papier toilette.

un très bon séjour pour un couple ,

le calme , la propreté , l'équipement et notamment le petit congélateur au dessus du frigo qui permet d'avoir du froid pour continuer le voyage , faire des courses ou se rendre sur la plage

les places de stationnement un peu compliquées à trouver , mais il y a pire , et les escaliers pour se rendre au logement au deuxième palier

La fourniture des draps devrait être intégrée dans le prix, quitte à mettre un prix supérieur, de façon à avoir un prix "clé en main". Mais c'est un détail par rapport aux nombreux avantages fournis !! L'escalier est un peu pentu, donc attention si vous avez des difficultés de déplacement.

Génial conforme aux photos

Logement très propre conforme aux photos. Le chauffage était mis en arrivant génial on a eu bien chaud. Une place de parking pour se garer pas de soucis . Hôte. agreable. Dommage que les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournies. Il manque juste un sèche-cheveux. Tout était parfait à part ça. Décoré avec beaucoup de soins appartement neuf

L'équipement été fidèle a la description.

L'emplacement été assez bruyant, aucune facilité de parking encore pire pour les véhicules électrique. Nous n'y retournerons pas. Le nettoyage n'été pas top, la cafetière été sale. le clic-clac de mauvaise qualité et pas en très bon état, matelas douteux au niveau hygiène.
