We have been informed on arrival that we would either have to clean the flat ourselves before leaving or pay a €40 fee. This was not brought to my attention when I booked the room.

La proximité avec la ville de Le Touquet. La propreté du logement.

- L’annonce est mal rédigée et prête à confusion. Elle stipule au 1er abord que l’on bénéficie du logement entier, cependant ce n’est pas le cas. Les propriétaires vivent en dessous et sont très présents. Ils ont une peur excessive des dégradations et nous transmettent lors craintes dès notre arrivée. Au final, nous passons un séjour avec la crainte de salir, d’abîmer ou de sortir au risque de se faire interpeller. - Il est stipulé dans l’annonce 5 chambres, lorsque l’on reçoit le récapitulatif il est fait mention de 3 chambres avec 1 salle cinéma et 1 salle de jeux. Cependant dans la réalité il y a 1 lit dans la salle de jeux, 1 lit dans la salle de cinéma (traversante) et une seule chambre indépendante. - Par contre dans l’annonce il est écrit cuisine commune alors que la cuisine est belle et bien privatisée pour le logement .
