A renovated, bright 85-square-meter house with a garden and a garage for storing your bikes, ideally located on the edge of the Touquet Forest and 5 km from Le Touquet beach.

The house is located in Cucq, just outside Le Touquet, in a quiet residential neighborhood, making it easy to explore the surrounding area: 5 km from Stella Beach, 5 km from Le Touquet, and 2 km from the golf courses (the 18-hole “De la Mer” course and the 18-hole “De la Forêt” course).
There’s a bike path to Le Touquet that runs through the golf course and the forest.
At the end of the street (200 m) lies the Le Touquet forest with its hectares of pine trees—ideal for walks from the house or for running enthusiasts.

We loved the house which was modern, immaculately clean and comfortable. A very pleasant garden and comfortable garden furniture. The little touches like the children's toys, scooters and bicycles were an excellent added bonus. The house is in a very nice quiet suburb with forest walks at the end of the road. Fabulous beaches such as Stella Plage and Le Touquet are very close. Excellent communication with Sophie, the host. Would definitely go again and recommend to friends and family.
