Well equipped, very modern apartment just a short walk from the centre of Montreuil

The owner who handed the keys over in person was very friendly and super helpful This was our second stay at the apartment and it was even better than we remembered from the first time

Well earned short break in a gem of a place not far from ferry port not far

All appliances and lights worked- very well thought out layout

Entrance through the tatty old door and through the corridor with several broken windows could have been off putting but we had been warned of this by friends who had stayed previously in the apartment

Well equipped and comfortable apartment in the heart of Montreuil with excellent host

The apartment is spacious. It is equipped to a high standard. Great powerful en suite shower, usb sockets, electric beds, tea, coffee, towels and linen, helpful host and in the heart of a beautiful town.

A modern well appointed conversion of an old townhouse in the heart of Montreuil.,

It was clean modern, and well appointed.The property was close to a range of restaurants.

The bedrooms were in the roof space which are extremely hot. The property provided neither fans no air-conditioning to make sleeping more comfortable.

We felt we were misled by the failure to describe the accommodation adequately.

Breakfast was not provided. The accomodation was well equippedin 1. The TV was very restricted with neither French or English channels available. The bedromms were unconfortable in the hot weather without fans or air conditioning.

On arrival we discovered the property was a 4 story accommodation block built in the 1700s. It had no elevator . We were allocated an apportment on the top floor, quite unsuitable for an elderly couple. After protesting, we were offered a three bedroom appartment on the ground floor at an additionl cost of 50 Euro per night. On a Saturday afternoon we had little alternative but to agree. The failure to describe the accommodation adequaetly is a major failing. Street parking was difficult.

the property was very modern and clean. The owner was extremely kind and helpful too, even recommending restaurants and things to do. Would love to come back one day!

Excellent place to stay , close to all restaurants and bars , nestled in a quiet street . Thoughtful and kind host.

Excellent location. The-apartment is situated in a quiet street , set back from the road with a small courtyard that is reached through some big wooden doors. this means you cannot hear any traffic. It was well fitted with a comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom . The host was very efficient and thoughtful .

Location was great and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Lovely apartment in great location

The entrance door banging all night when people came in. We had thought of staying an extra night as apartment was so good but we chose to keep driving as sleep was so bad. If you only go to bed late, it's not a problem.

An apartment in a great location in the centre of Montreuil that was comfy and modern.

There was good communication from the host and we had a warm welcome on arrival. Parking was opposite the front entrance so was very handy and all parking is free in Montreuil which is great. The apartment was spacious and had good facilities.

Unfortunately during our stay one of the electric blinds for the skylight started malfunctioning at 1am and carried on making an intermittent noise until we managed to reach it and open it (it was in the roof so hard to get to). However, I think this issue was a one off and the host apologised after we raised it with him.

Fantastic stay! Home away from home

Great electronic bed, all equipment is there and new, 2 televisions, fast WIFi, fantastic bathroom, stylish decorated. You feel at home immediately. Great location, leave your car ( free parking) in front of appartment. Nice restaurants, nice shops all within walking distance. Juvenal is your best host ever. He really takes care of you . Will definitely come back. Juvenal understands what it takes to have a relaxed and comfortable stay
